Berry curd belongs definitely to classic desserts. It's fast and easy to make, fresh and I have never met a person who would not like it. It has a lot of proteins and by adding a lot of berries it's a healthy alternative to the traditional pulla. Curd is one of the first things I learned to make, and not useless at all, because It goes well as a filling of a cake and on pancakes. A more exotic version is created by using banana and peach instead of berries.

Fresh berrycurd
1. 500g maitorahkaa/
natural curd
2. 2 dl kuohukermaa/
whippimg cream
3. 1/2 dl sokeria/
sugar
4. 3dl marjoja/
berries
Vatkaa kuohukerma kuohkeaksi, lisää muut ainekset ja sekoita. Valmis!
Whip the cream till it gets fluffy. Done!
